Lead at the next level.
Without losing who you are.
An eight-week live accelerator for accomplished women leaders who want to communicate with greater authority, influence senior decisions and demonstrate readiness for broader responsibility.
Led by Charlene Currie, MBA, PMP, a former financial services executive with more than 20 years leading transformation, governance, risk and high-performing teams in regulated organizations.
The cohort will be limited to eight participants
Two decades of leadership across regulated, enterprise organizations.
You’ve earned the seat.
Now the rules have quietly changed.
At the next level, strong execution is no longer enough. You are expected to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, communicate with authority and consider what is best for the broader organization. Yet few people explain what senior leaders are actually looking for.
You must be able to present a recommendation, defend your position and earn support from people you do not manage. Your work must deliver results, but your contribution must also be understood by the people making talent and succession decisions.
The next level requires you to think strategically, lead with presence, shape decisions and deliver results that make your value visible.
Built for execution, not optics.
Leadership Credibility
Communicate decisions and expectations clearly, demonstrate your value and establish the trust required to lead at a higher level.
Strategic Decision-Making
Assess risk, weigh competing priorities and make sound decisions when the information is incomplete.
Influence That Moves Decisions
Strengthen your executive communication, navigate difficult conversations and negotiate effectively. Present recommendations and business cases in ways that gain support and move decisions forward.
Building a Team That Delivers
Set clear direction, strengthen accountability and improve team performance without carrying every responsibility yourself.
Eight weeks. One transformed leader.
Each week combines practical frameworks, discussion and application to real leadership situations. Participants work through current organizational challenges rather than hypothetical theory.
Practical frameworks and strategies you can apply immediately.
What Leaders Say

Charlene has led in the rooms you are stepping into.
Charlene Currie, Ivey Executive MBA and PMP, brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in complex, regulated organizations. She has led enterprise transformations, post-close integrations, operational turnarounds, governance and risk functions, workforce strategies and large teams through periods of significant change. At TD and BMO, her integrations delivered their expected value without significant regulatory findings.
She has been in the rooms where talent decisions are made, succession plans are discussed and executives determine who is ready for greater responsibility. She watched capable managers get passed over based on factors that were rarely explained. She also watched others get chosen because of how they framed a problem, communicated their value or presented a recommendation in a 10-minute conversation.
She founded MOR Consulting Group and built the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™ from that vantage point. Participants learn to think beyond their immediate accountabilities, communicate their value, influence decisions above their level and lead teams that deliver.
For organizations, that means a deeper bench of women ready for roles you would otherwise fill externally. For participants, it means building the visibility and influence that position them for the next role.

Good questions, directly answered.
Every session gives you practical frameworks, language and tools, followed by structured application to situations you are navigating now. That could be a stakeholder who keeps overriding you, a decision you cannot get support for, or a presentation where you need to communicate with greater confidence and authority. You receive direct feedback from me, grounded in more than 20 years of leading inside TD and BMO and participating in conversations where readiness, succession and greater responsibility were decided. You apply what you learn while the program is running and leave with a written 90-day leadership strategy built around your role, organization and goals. This Accelerator does not hand you a binder and wish you luck finding somewhere to use it. It is practical, applied and designed to transform how you think and how you lead.
The program is designed for accomplished women in Senior Manager, Director and Senior Director roles who are ready to lead with broader scope, stronger influence and greater visibility.
The program includes two live virtual sessions each week for eight weeks, held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each 75-minute session includes instruction, discussion and practice, followed by guided self-reflection and application planning. Participants should also plan time between sessions to apply what they are learning at work and build their 90-day leadership strategy. All scheduled times are communicated in Eastern Time.
The cohort begins Tuesday, September 29, 2026 and concludes Thursday, November 19, 2026. Applications close Friday, September 18, 2026.
No. The program is built around the situations accomplished women encounter as they prepare for broader roles and is taught by someone who spent more than two decades inside regulated financial institutions, in the rooms where readiness decisions were made. Participants practice communicating recommendations, navigating difficult conversations, negotiating effectively, influencing decisions and making their contributions visible.
Each cohort is intentionally limited to eight participants. This creates room for discussion, practice and direct feedback while bringing together women with different experiences and perspectives.
You will leave with practical tools for executive communication, negotiation, strategic decision-making and team leadership, along with a 90-day leadership strategy tied to your goals and the opportunities you are preparing to pursue.
All instructional sessions are recorded and available to every participant throughout the program and after it ends, whether or not you attended live. Confidential cohort discussions and breakout sessions are never recorded.
Complete the online application with information about your experience, current role and leadership goals. Every applicant then speaks directly with Charlene so both of you can confirm the fit. Applying does not create a payment obligation. If accepted, you will receive the complete Participant Agreement, including payment, installment, withdrawal and refund terms, before deciding whether to enrol.
Yes. Participants are expected to protect the workplace situations and personal experiences shared during the program. Confidential cohort discussions and breakout sessions are never included in session recordings.
No. We do not contact your employer or disclose your participation without your written permission.
You will receive a full refund if you withdraw within seven days of accepting your seat, or 14 days before the cohort begins, whichever comes later. After that point, and through the end of the first week, refunds are not available, though you may defer your seat once to any cohort beginning within the following 12 months. After the first week, seats are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants on an installment plan remain responsible for the full balance once the program begins. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you may request a full refund.

Develop one leader or strengthen your leadership bench.
