These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://executivegravitasaccelerator.com and its related pages, content, downloads, forms and features, collectively referred to as the “Site.”

MOR Consulting Group operates in Canada. MOR Consulting Group, LLC operates in the United States. References to “MOR Consulting Group,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the applicable entity based on your geographic location.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

The Site and the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™ are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

These Terms govern use of the Site only.

Applications, acceptance, enrollment, sponsorship, payment and participation in the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™ are subject to a separate written participant or sponsorship agreement.

Canadian participants and sponsors contract with MOR Consulting Group. United States participants and sponsors contract with MOR Consulting Group, LLC.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed participant, sponsorship or client agreement, the signed agreement governs the applicable program or service relationship.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™ and does not create a client, participant or advisory relationship.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes.

Content on the Site, including articles, frameworks, assessments, checklists, program descriptions and downloadable materials, does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, human resources, regulatory or other professional advice. It does not account for the specific circumstances of you or your organization.

Do not act or refrain from acting solely on the basis of Site content without obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional where required.

All content on the Site, including text, frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, assessments, templates, images, video, audio, layout and code, is owned by or licensed to MOR Consulting Group and is protected by applicable Canadian, United States and international intellectual property laws.

Executive Gravitas Accelerator™, associated logos and MOR Consulting Group taglines, including “Fix What’s Broken. Scale What’s Working.”, are trademarks or proprietary brand assets of MOR Consulting Group.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to use our trademarks, program materials, frameworks or other intellectual property except for the limited personal use expressly permitted below.

You may view, download and print publicly available Site content for your own personal, internal and non-commercial reference, provided that you:

• retain all copyright and proprietary notices
• do not modify the content
• do not distribute it to others
• do not use it to create or deliver competing products, services, training or client work

Any other use requires prior written permission from MOR Consulting Group.

You may not:

• reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit Site content
• adapt our frameworks, methodologies or materials into derivative offerings, training or client deliverables
• use automated tools, scrapers, crawlers or bots to extract Site content or data
• use Site content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models
• remove or alter copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
• introduce malware or interfere with Site security or operation
• attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing or misleading material
• misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, partnership or client relationship with MOR Consulting Group
• submit false or misleading information through Site forms
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law

We may restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our rights, other visitors or the integrity of our services.

Submitting information through the Site does not create professional, advisory or client confidentiality.

Personal information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, health information, government identification numbers, financial account information or other sensitive information through a general Site form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

If you voluntarily provide non-confidential suggestions or feedback about the Site or our services, we may use that feedback to improve our offerings without compensation. This does not apply to confidential information, personal information or participant work.

The Site may link to or use third-party platforms for applications, scheduling, videoconferencing, payment processing, social media and other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy.

References to media coverage, credentials, testimonials and past professional experiences do not guarantee or predict any participant’s future results.

The Site and its publicly available content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of viruses or harmful components.

Nothing on the Site guarantees admission to the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™, promotion, increased compensation, employment advancement or any other professional outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOR Consulting Group, MOR Consulting Group, LLC and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from or connected with use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms do not limit or waive any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOR Consulting Group, MOR Consulting Group, LLC and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:

• your unlawful misuse of the Site
• your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or legal rights
• your material breach of these Terms

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of law.

For visitors and customers located in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

For visitors and customers located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States.

Any dispute relating solely to use of the Site will be brought in the courts with jurisdiction over the applicable MOR Consulting Group entity, subject to any mandatory rights available to you where you reside.

Participant, sponsorship and client agreements may contain separate governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date.

Changes apply prospectively to Site use after publication. Changes to these Terms do not retroactively amend a signed participant, sponsorship or client agreement.

Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue.

No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision or any other right.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or as part of a corporate reorganization, merger, financing or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning general use of the Site. They do not replace a signed participant, sponsorship or client agreement.

Language. The parties confirm their wish that these Terms and related documents be written in English. Les parties confirment leur volonté que les présentes conditions et les documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais.
