MOR Consulting Group operates in Canada. MOR Consulting Group, LLC operates in the United States.
References to “MOR Consulting Group,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the applicable entity based on your geographic location.
Canadian participants and sponsors contract with MOR Consulting Group. United States participants and sponsors contract with MOR Consulting Group, LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and safeguard personal information through https://executivegravitasaccelerator.com, referred to as the “Site,” and through our application, inquiry and program-administration activities.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, applicable Canadian provincial privacy laws and applicable United States federal and state privacy laws where those laws apply to our activities.

We may collect:
- your name
- personal or business email address
- telephone number
- country, state or province
- organization and job title
- LinkedIn profile URL
- professional background and leadership experience
- application and sponsorship-inquiry responses
- leadership goals and professional challenges
- cohort and scheduling preferences
- communications and information you choose to provide
- marketing preferences and consent records
Program and transaction information
If you are accepted into or sponsored for a program, we may collect:
- enrollment and participation records
- attendance and scheduling information
- communications relating to the program
- participant goals and development plans
- billing and transaction records
- information required to administer a participant or sponsorship agreement
Payment-card information is generally collected and processed directly by a payment provider. We do not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address
- browser type and version
- device type
- operating system
- referring page
- pages viewed
- approximate location derived from IP address
- dates and times of Site activity
- similar technical and usage information
Information from third parties
We may receive professional contact information from:

We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
04Consent and marketing
We collect, use and disclose personal information with consent, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
Consent may be express, such as selecting an option to receive marketing communications, or implied where you provide information for an evident and limited purpose, such as requesting a conversation.
Submitting an application, sponsorship inquiry or privacy request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
You may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by using the Privacy and Legal Request Form.
Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, the United States CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable laws.
05How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
Service providers
Companies that provide website hosting, application forms, scheduling, videoconferencing, email delivery, cloud storage, analytics, security, payment processing and related business services.
Professional advisors
Legal, accounting, insurance, technology and audit advisors where reasonably necessary.
Contractors and program contributors
Authorized contractors, facilitators or associates who require information to deliver or administer the program and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Employers and sponsors
Where participation is sponsored, we may share information specifically described in the participant or sponsorship agreement. Personal reflections and confidential participant discussions will not be disclosed to a sponsor unless authorized or legally required.
Legal and regulatory disclosures
Authorities, courts or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property or the integrity of our services.
Business transactions
Parties involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization or sale of some or all of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
06Cross-border processing
Our service providers may store or process personal information in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions.
Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or national-security authorities under the laws of that jurisdiction.

08Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to satisfy legal, contractual, regulatory, insurance, accounting and limitation-period requirements.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information and relationship.
Participant, sponsorship, contractual and financial records may be retained for up to seven years after the relationship ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
Application, inquiry and marketing records are retained only for as long as they remain reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, subject to legal and operational requirements.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it.
09Safeguards and breach response
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information under our control.
These measures may include access restrictions, authentication controls, confidentiality requirements and use of reputable service providers.
No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information submitted for verification only to process and document the request.

For requests governed by Canadian private-sector privacy law, we generally respond within 30 days or notify you of an extension permitted by law.
If personal information was provided to us by an employer, sponsor or client that controls the information, we may direct your request to that organization.
11Children
The Site and the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™ are intended for adults and business professionals.
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Individuals under 18 may not apply to or participate in the Executive Gravitas Accelerator™.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the Privacy and Legal Request Form so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information.
